The workout that everyone can do

Aqua fitness is our most joined class of all time. The water supports your joints while creating constant resistance — every movement counts, and nothing jars the body.

Low impact

The buoyancy of the water removes pressure from knees, hips and spine. Great for rehab, pregnancy and anyone managing injuries.

Full-body resistance

Water provides 360° resistance — you're working every plane of motion without needing weights.

Every level welcome

You don't have to be a swimmer. Classes run in the 25 m heated pool at a depth that's comfortable to stand in.

Our longest-running members come back week after week — expect a warm welcome and plenty of familiar faces.

Class Types

Three ways to train in the water

Aqua Aerobics

Classic cardio and conditioning set to music — the flagship timetable for aqua fitness at CISAC.

Deep-Water Aqua

Buoyancy-belt suspended work in the 50 m pool — zero impact, maximum resistance.

Gentle Aqua

A slower, rehab-focused class with emphasis on mobility, balance and recovery.
